I just had the worst experience with this shop. I bought my 8 track recorder there for repair. The repair lasted 5 minutes after it passed the test. They insist I broke it again and won’t honor their personal responsibility. They didn’t do agood job repairing if it lasted less than a day! It has cost me $160 + time and gas and they’re blaming me and won’t repair without charging me more! Terrible scandalous outfit! They said I ripped it? Ripped what?

Brought in a vintage record console for repairs and they got my beautiful table back to being the center of attention! Would definitely come here again for any electronics (new guitar equipment or vintage stuff too!)

I have been to Visions Electronics at least 4 times. My experience is always professional and enjoyable. They are knowledgeable about VCR, TV and audio repairs. In my line of work I use VCRs to update family tapes and films. Vision Electronics repairs my machines quickly and affordably. I happily recommend them to customers who call with electronic repair needs.

I needed a repair for a Roland drum kit controller, and this was the only place out of three local Roland service centers that could still provide the service after COVID hit. The cost seemed a bit high, but the service and communication was outstanding. This is definitely the place to go for specialized electronics repairs.

This place does way more than service Plasma TV's. We use them for servicing our commercial sound and lighting equipment, and they are excellent to deal with. We've never had to bring something back for re-do, and their service has been beyond expectations for us.
