Put my logos in the wrong spot and ruined a $200 carhartt jacket and a $50 vest. Did nothing to make up for the cost of the damaged coats.
I have had other embroidery companies try to do a company logo with no luck. Paula did it with not problems and it was clear and beautiful! Great prices!
LOVE Vision Designs! They do amazing work and I’ve used them for printing on shirts, long sleeve zip-ups and hats and their work is always top-notch and incredible affordable! Excellent communication back and forth with their staff too, highly recommend working with Vision Designs!
I do not recommend. I have been using this company for years for embroidery for my small business. My last order was December 2020. I went in last week (April 2021) and was told that they don't care about the work my small business brings in because they have big warehouse jobs now. They also don't respond to any emails and the lady at the front desk can't answer any questions and tells you to email. Very frustrating.
