Significantly worse experience since previous doctor left. They don't keep a couple slots available each day for urgent issues that come up with existing patients. Told to simply go to urgent care because they couldn't see me for over a week. Do better.
I saw Dr. De Souza and although I had a lot of questions I felt very rushed and could tell she was getting annoyed. It didn't seem like she cared to get to the root problem of my skin concerns or what would be causing issues, just giving out medications and pushing heavily on laser treatment. What irritated me more than anything is that when I needed to get a prior authorization for a prescription this office was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. Dr DeSouza & her staff were extremely friendly, professional & thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
I had to wait a bit longer than usual, but they apologized. The staff and Dr. De Souza are wonderful
I enjoyed meeting Dr. De Souza during my visit today. She was very knowledgeable regarding my main concern and was even able to help address a concern a had outside of my initial reason for the appointment. Very happy with the service that was provided!
