Like leaks, mold and sinking decks? Hire these guys! – I have a 3 year old house that they built for me. They couldn't do anything that I asked them to do. In fact, the owner, Ted, even referred to it as his house at one point. They tried talking me out of extra insulation. They wouldn't seal the tile. They put a door on the dining room instead of the requested archway. Then, when I asked about it, they said they could fix for an extra fee. Who gets paid to fix their own mistakes!?!
