Ted and his team have provided exceptional work for the past 2 years on my projects. Over the past few years, I have worked with Ted on two major renovations. He first managed a complex exterior project involving a severe leak that was impacting the interior of the house. Based on his performance, I hired him again the following year to renovate my basement and second floor. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to work with—especially given that we lived in the house throughout a four‑month major addition (800sqft. - great room/expanded bedroom/office/porch/deck) with three small children during the winter. Ted and his team were great. They assessed the problem and were able to deliver on a solution quickly for our home. Communication was also very easy and everyone treated us and our home with respect. Highly reccomend!

All the workers were consistently polite, always on time, and made sure to clean up the space at the end of each working day, which we really appreciated.
