I hit a deer and needed my bumper / fog light replaced, and Gerber was very helpful from start to finish. They’re very communicative, and lay it out for you what is being fixed and where. I really appreciated the sheet they give you with costs and a diagram of your car. They also made sure to have the parts before dropping off my car, which I appreciate because I don’t want to have my car sitting while parts are being ordered! They changed my radiator and it’s leaking all over I need it towed into there because it’s leaking so bad, my headlights are so far off from one another when they replaced them. And the piece that goes under my light need to be replaced because you can still see the damages I am so furious they “detailed” my truck and i looks like a 6 year old did it. Very disappointed someone spends $6,200 and it should be perfect
