If you care about your vehicle please read. Deer ran into side of truck damaging drivers side door, drivers side rear door, and bedside. Repairs took a a month or so with the main reason being some back ordered box bolts. Once truck was returned we made it less than a mile down the road and the front drivers window decided to roll down on its own and would not go back up. Scheduled an appt on Gerber's website, and received a confirmation text. Showed up for my appt and was told I did not have an appt, and blamed their scheduling app "car wise" for being inaccurate. Unapologetic for wasting my time I was rudely asked if what I wanted was to schedule and appt weeks in the future. I took my business somewhere else, and won't be back.
I had just taken my equinox in to get the back hatch repaired after being backed into. They communicated clearly, and the repairs were way quicker than I could have anticipated. Something little that meant a lot was they cleaned the inside of my car, I was not expecting that nor did they have to. I was very excited when I got in and seen it was detailed. I would highly recommend their service. The receptionist/admin was great and the service manager was just as great. Thank you guys!
