I received my glasses last month, and I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the staff — particularly the older lady who assisted us — was quite rude and dismissive. She showed little to no interest in helping us choose products and responded to questions with brief, unhelpful one-liners. The overall experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I also wouldn’t recommend this place based on the service we received.
Once again the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made my experience easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be back.
The staff are well versed in their product and extremely helpful in suggesting the right pair of glasses for your consideration. My wife and I have been using Vision Eye Clinic several times and they are meticulously attentive to their customers …… the price is right as well👍🏻
I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed by the exceptional service I received from Robyn and the Waterdown Vision Clinic that I needed to comment. Her attention to my specific needs and her patient and friendly manner made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I have bought all my glasses through her, and my daughter has now bought her glasses and contacts through her. I can’t say enough about Robyn and the water down vision clinic!! Thank you!!
Very good place. My glasses had a problem and I took to another clinic and they said I had to buy another frame. I didnt accept that and went to this one. The girl that attended me was very polite and right away she got my frame and fixed it. Very good work she did. I will only use this clinic from now on. And I recommend it.
