I was able to get my eyes tested by Dr. Field on a very convenient Saturday. Once I had the prescription, I began looking through their wide selection of frames. Everyone was so helpful without being pushy. I spent a long time trying on glasses. It took me a couple of weeks to decide and I received a courteous reminder call that they were holding some frames for me. All in all, the experience was very positive and I love the glasses I eventually chose. I’ll definitely go back.

I received my glasses last month, and I felt compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, the staff — particularly the older lady who assisted us — was quite rude and dismissive. She showed little to no interest in helping us choose products and responded to questions with brief, unhelpful one-liners. The overall experience was disappointing, and I won’t be returning. I also wouldn’t recommend this place based on the service we received.
Once again the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made my experience easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be back.
