I had some issues in the beginning but thanks to Lorraine and her great customer service she went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. This is my second time going to the port Colborne location and will definitely be going back.

Highly recommended. My wife and I have been served by 3 Vision Clinic locations in Niagara Region every 2 or 3 years since 2018, most recently in Port Colborne , having eyes tested and ordering new eyeglasses and sunglasses. We've had a good experience each time. They have Canadian made lenses and they have full service custom lens fitting. One stop shop - all good from eye tests to glasses delivered. No complaints. Good service.
