This is my first and last visit as the manager (Dr.Graves Wife) is very unprofessional and rude. I took my kids here as our regular eye doctor is not open and both my children broke their glasses in quarantine 🤦🏻♀️ they needed new ones. So I came here as this place came highly recommended by a family member and Never again will I do business with Dr.Graves. Terrible place. Bad customer service.
I'm sorry everyone for this horrible place. Do not get you glasses, prescription or anything from here. The owners are the typical rich uptight white snobbes who think there better than everyone cause they are white and have money. (Yes I'm white but not crap like them) They make up policies, they (on video) lied and broke state law and federal policies. They are taking advantage of people and there health coverage.
