My lenses had to be done twice. Was not notified when they were ready. Just went to Specsavers in White Oaks Mall in London instead, for my husbands glasses, and received excellent service, prompt notifications, very friendly staff, better prices. Check them out instead. We won't return to this Walmart Optical.

If I could give negative stars I would .... had my daughter call to see if she could pick up glasses and the hours .. said open till 630 .. we drive 30 km arrive at 545 and there is 1 person working who can't help us ..

Called this morning for an appointment. The person that answered the phone seemed extremely annoyed to be asked to book an eye exam. She said the doctor comes in next on Marchh 4th, he's fully booked and gives them his next availability that day. Don't advertise for eye exams if you don't actually want to provide the service. Will NEVER chose Walmart vision centre again.

This place has been through alot of Managers but the environment in there recently is way more positive with the current Manager John in charge. Employees seem way more happy and people I know from there seem to be very content with their job. It's nice seeing a positive turn around at this location. The products seem from my experience in the last few year to be kept in proper rotation with FIFO and the staff is always helpful when needed.
