Terrible. Had an appointment at 6 p.m. today. Showed up - lights off. Door locked. Just made the appointment last week. Called. No answer. Found a sign on the door that says "We're closing at 4 p.m. today." A call would have been really helpful so I didn't sit in rush hour traffic both ways for a false appointment. I have family in the medical practice industry and no matter the situation, they always make the time to call patients if they have to move appointments, even for family emergencies.
