I have been coming here for more than 20 years. The eyeglass department is awesome and value their customers. Shout out to Jose and Alicia. They know how to treat long standing customers
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The people here are rude and incompetent. The lady at the front desk has a nasty attitude and does not know how to talk to patients. She works there but has “nothing to do with anything” and they close at 12pm but their voice machine says they are open till 1pm ( I was there 30 minutes before 1pm) very unhelpful! The doctor is cold, not friendly and got my prescription wrong and to get the correct prescription I had to wait 4 days! How is that fair as a patient who wait more than 4 hours to see... read more
I would give this place Zero stars if I could. Some of the staff is very unprofessional as one of the staff was conducting a test for me and my fiancée and he was on TikTok with his AirPods and catching an attitude every time we would ask him any type of questions some of the staff are nice but that is what should be expected. No recomiendo este lugar los exámenes no son precisos por la rapidez que lo hacen ,al final tuve que ir a otro lugar y pagar dos veces por una prescripción.
The Vision Center of New York is the best eye doctor’s office I’ve ever been to! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My sister had cataract surgery with Dr. Fishman and now sees without glasses. My whole family comes here. They are the best.
