Betsy is one miserable bitch. She is very curt. Very cold. I tried to be friendly with her but she wasn't having it. Picked up my glasses today. She didn't even try to adjust them. I was told to come back because the 'salt pan' wasn't hot enough. The case they gave me was the flat kind, that really doesn't protect your glasses in a lady's handbag.
