I had to ask for a case, cleaning cloth and I did not get any paperwork no customer service

Horrible I couldn’t get copy of my prescription, they have no doctor , phones don’t work ,
The receptionist seemed to make excuses about me not liking my glasses and wanting to change them. She then stated she would charge my card then return the charge which she did. My new glasses still fits too wide and she stated it’s the people who adjusted them I paid over 300 dollars and felt no need to keep going back and forth with returns. I wouldn’t recommend if you want quality or reasonable service.
