This is a revision of my rating. I called yesterday asking about insurance coverage and they were extremely helpful because I'm still new to that kind of thing. Unfortunately, my insurance didn't cover what I needed so the call was ended. Now the problem starts. I called them a few hours later with a question but when I introduced myself again, they immediately hung up. I called back a few seconds later and said "you just hung up on me" and the receptionist didn't say a word and again hung up. My original review was 2 stars.... read more
Everyone was very welcoming, professional and amazing. In & out within an hour.
I can’t brag on the staff and Dr. anymore than you can imagine. Best place in town for all your eye care.
I do not recommend anyone, to do business here , I received a pair of glasses from this business middle/late April. The glue on my glasses DID NOT LAST. I don’t understand how they came apart but , the lady at the front desk blamed me and said I had to be pulling on them or something, which is very disrespectful, she didn’t offer any help , just told me that it’s nothing they can do and I will have to pay 129 dollars for a new pair.
