I had a rally poor experience. I waited for 25 minutes without any explanation or apologies after being "greeted" as though I were an interruption, not a valued customer. I received 3 recordings and a text message to remind me of my appointment and to confirm I would be there, but still the very long wait. As a new patient I certainly didn't feel like they wanted my business. I do have to give credit to the lady who did the initial part of my exam. She was friendly and professional. We brought our son in to be checked for glasses, and the dr. diagnosed a previously-unknown "lazy eye." He was made comfortable by the doctor and staff, and he is actually looking forward to getting his glasses!!
