They got me in and out super quick. The team was very nice too!
I just called to reschedule my appointment and the lady was rude. At the end of the conversation I said "Okay thank you" and she just hung up. She took it very personal that the days/times they had did not work with our schedule. I hope they get kinder and understanding staff in the future instead of people with misdirected anger answering the phones.
The staff is very welcoming but the wait time was much longer than necessary. Three people were called ahead of me for the same doctor, which tells me that scheduling needs to change. Don't schedule someone for a specific time and expect them to wait 45-60 min to get called back. My time is important too. I was a bit disappointed with my visit and left feeling like I had wasted the doctors time (and mine) with my concerns.
