Having vision issues since ive been 7 years old I was reffered to Dr. Young for cataracts in both eyes and to have lenses put in. Dr Young got me right in for surgery in one eye and it went very well. He changed my life! I am seeing things Ive never seen Before. with out any glasses or contacts. He also got me right in to do the other eye as soon as he could. I can not say enough for what he has done for me. Thank you Dr. Young and the whole team @ Vision Care of Maine
It's been a month since I ordered new glasses. I've called 3 times this week now to check on the status of said glasses. I've left voicemails and this office refuses to contact me. Go with warby Parker or someone else online. This office is a massive joke.
Dr. Trask is very nice but the visits always seem rushed. Everyone makes you feel like your an inconvenience. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone in the office. There is no direct line so it takes 2 or more transfers to get you there. It always goes to voice-mail and it takes several days to get calls back, if you get one at all. Then there is the billing. I always pay at the time of visit but this is the 3rd time that I have gotten a bill saying that I didn't pay and then I have to dig through my records and pro... read more
Been waiting 3 weeks on my glasses now and I lost my original old pair the first week of ordering the new pair. Going onto the 4th week. They told me it would be two weeks
