Went to their Dover Foxcroft Office to get an exam and script for glasses. The asked me at the beginning of the exam if I wanted glasses or a script and I told them script. Received the script and paid cash. When I went to use the script, the PD wasn't on the script (Pupilary distance.) Called and they told me they don't give that information because of the liability.
