I went in and explained that my glasses needed adjusted and let them know at that time that I did not get them there so I'm willing to pay and if need be I will just drive the 45 minutes to my eye doctor and have them do it. The receptionist got an immediate attitude towards me so I again apologized she said we will do it this one time she took them in the back then brought them back out to me. Dr. Robyn Epley is wonderful. I wouldn't trust anyone else!! She moved from Council Bluffs and I was glad I found her again !!
This location has had an overhaul. A year ago I would not go to this location due to snotty staff, and terribly run ordering. I walked in today and was greeted by completely new staff. They were warm and inviting. It costs nothing to be kind and this staff was terrific!
Awesome place. Dr is very detailed explaining stuff.
