I am the uncle of little girl in the Swift Current area who is facing the possibility of going blind due to her medical condition. She went to this optometrist for medical investigation and was to be referred to a specialist in November 2024. It is now June 2025 and the referral has not been completed. A waste of time of nine months waiting for a referral that could save a little 7 year old girl from going blind. This optometrist is definately not an advocate for the patient. Whenever myself or a member of my family has needed any small repair or adjustment they are always so quick and helpful in making that happen. The way they take care of us after our purchase makes me want to come back when I have something else to buy.
