I was influenced by all the good reviews this place has, and didn't want to go back to Costco for my exam, so I went to ask some questions in person and the front staff was very helpful and actually knew what PWD was for my coverage! Instead of selling me a pair of glasses that would not work for me, Dr. Johal referred me to an opthalmologist. It was a real game changer for me. I no longer need glasses! Honesty and integrity are rare and appreciated qualities in this world. Thank you Dr. Johal, very much appreciated.
Today 1 April 2025, 11.30 am went for comprehensive check up and prescription for new glass. As I am senior 73, he did this test all covered by MSP coverage limit. I didn't pay from pocket. Others have different way of charging extra, apart from claim from MSP paying limit coverage. Strongly recommend seniors take advantage of this as well his thorough exam of taking time to test each step patiently.
