Honestly, great experience.
I was influenced by all the good reviews this place has, and didn't want to go back to Costco for my exam, so I went to ask some questions in person and the front staff was very helpful and actually knew what PWD was for my coverage! Some places don't, and refuse to help you, insurance wise. I got an appointment, and I like how the vibe is laid back neighborly but with high quality care. Instead of selling me a pair of glasses that would not work for me, Dr. Johal referred me to an opthalmologist. It was a real game changer for me. I no longer need glasses! Honesty and integrity are rare and appreciated qualities in this world. Thank you Dr. Johal, very much appreciated.
