Terrible experience. Had a problem with the glasses, and they acted like it was a problem with me. Kept trying to return them, and they kept trying to get me to keep them saying I just needed to adjust to them. I tried returning them at least 5 different times — each time with the same issue. Now they’re telling me that I can’t return them and that I need to come pick them up when I can’t even use them. Always receive great service and care. Janelle and the entire team check in with me to make sure my vision needs are being met. After many eye infections, new prescriptions, contacts and exams, I always know I’m well taken care of.
