Highly recommend Jackie when picking out frames!!
Jackie went above and beyond to provide service. Actually fixed the glasses I was wearing when I had be told they couldn’t be repaired. Thank you for showing that quality service can still be found.
Positives: Thorough exam by doctor, friendly staff. Negatives: The glasses they sold me in June 2022 have been nothing but problematic. After several adjustments that did not hold, particularly on the left temple, I went to another facility while I was traveling for an adjustment. That facility recommended I request a warranty replacement of the frames and glasses due to crazing and the temple not wanting to adjust.
