I have been coming to this office for a few years. The staff has always been friendly talking to me and making me feel welcomed. They were amazing at helping me pick out frames that fit my face and style nicely while working with my prescription. As well as explaining yo me exactly how and why they are charging me to work with my insurance and to get me the best deal possible.
Best experience my wife and I have ever had at an eye doctor's office. They have one of the best frame selections I've seen. Their staff is very knowledgeable and everyone at their office spent a lot of time with both of us addressing our questions (and we had a lot). The doctor was awesome as she did everything right and all was going well until I had to sit with Rick. When I made the staff aware that my insurance covers the eye exam with a low co payment, the entire office seemed to get an attitude. Called my insurance advocate, on speaker phone, and these people acted like I was trying to get over on them? They called my insurance and was told what it covers and how much.
