In my case, Dr Huang filed medical claims twice incorrectly and I have to fight with Aetna. To make the situation even worse, every time Aetna call their number, either 617-542-2020 or 617-542-2015, nobody answers. As Aetna tells me, details message has been left to them. Let me just reemphasize, the horrible situation is due to a mistake made 5 months ago. This is, by my definition, as poor as 1 star.
