Super professional - staff is very nice and understanding! Highly recommend for rare disease like Keratoconus.
2025-07-02 Update. No longer good value. Angiography that I did not need. Changed provider. 2022-04-11 Shonit was patient and most helpful. Great advice from one who knows his craft well. Conscious effort to make me feel part of the process. Recommended.
My experience here was phenomenal and the customer service I received here was absolutely fantastic. Jue did an amazing job explaining the process of getting sceleral lenses and made sure to be thorough with every step involved. The receptionists were the absolute best and extremely organised and accomodating, I was on a short time frame of 2 weeks to get the whole process sorted out and the whole team came through and delivered. Will definitely be returning in the future and cannot recommend a better place to go.
