This company is filled with cowboy tradesmen. Was told they would come at 10:30am but ended up coming at 3:30pm and then they were giving me attitude as if I wasn’t the one waiting all morning for them to come. I understand that sometimes things happens and there will be delays but they could have contacted me to let me know that they will be late. Work done in our thirteen property by this cowboy company. Carpets are ruined, sofa's are ruined and all where covered before they arrived! stippling on ceilings is atrocious, broke a banister off the wall and boxes of personal belongings clearly thrown around since they where bust open! Would steer well clear of this company if you don't like your house ruined!
waited 4 months for an appointment to be then out back another month 3 days before commencing work, called the company and asked the reason? I was then met with an aggressive toned man moaning it's Friday and he has a business to run and customers should make his appointments for him to not waste his time. I'm sure the pressure of doing a demanding role is just alot sometimes but if you can't deal with it you shouldn't be doing it.
