For the most part they'll build you a good home (credit where credit's due), but if anything fails or goes wrong after the invoices are all paid, don't expect a concerted effort to do much about it. After over 2.5 years since first notifying of failed hybrid flooring in a new build, the problem remains unresolved. Had a home built with this building company (never again). And if something is their fault, they will fix it if they can or the fault is I fixable. They might have taken more care with other homes, but not mine. When you are looking for a company to build your home, I don’t recommend this one. Problems with… front & garage/home doors not closing properly & gaps where air comes in. We built with Vision and found the service from Alan, Matt and their team excellent. They were great to deal with from beginning to end and finished our home to an extremely high standard. We have just received our scheduled maintenance check and the work done was extremely thorough and the quality was exceptional.
Build a home that the customer paid for & if there’s faults, fix them with a smile & more people might recommend your company. Care factor zero from this company. When you are looking for a company to build your home, I don’t recommend this one.
