Oxford location recipient doesn't answer the phone or give call backs! The psychiatrist that left Oxford office now is in Louisburg office doesn't do anything but repeat same thing every visit and just writes prescriptions. Also they put appointment out for months and want let you go see the same person at different location if you do they want let you be seen at the original location you were using. And it took my daughter inlaw 2 weeks to get a refill on medication after emailing the doctor and calling the office leaving s... read more
If i could give one star i would. Given an appointment card, with date and time. Showed up on appointment day to be told I'm not in their system and would have to reschedule. Nope, how do I trust any thing from your office if you can't handle basic scheduling.
Not even competent to call you back... Not worth the pain
I went here and I was so disappointed… my anxiety went up more trying to get the staff to complete my short term disability paperwork… the paperwork was completed wrong several times. The staff is very incompetent and if I could of put 0 stars I would have.. I do not recommend this place. The front desk staff had very little knowledge and tried to overtalk me on the phone. Please do not go here!!!!!! Find something better. Christy is the worse. She only gives u meds , I was told they had therapy there but they was backed up.... read more
This this place is a joke and full of a bunch of clowns Dr Christy is the worst I've ever had they can't never find any real help for you so the only reason you go in for a visit is to get your meds and then they want to change your meds from the ones that's working cuz something that don't I'm not a guinea pig and I just need my regular medicine they don't give no help for PTSD they don't give any help for anxiety if anything that place gives me more anxiety 🙄 save yourself some time and trouble and go somewhere else
