Bad Packaging & Shipping Policies - Beware Beware! Beware! Beware! I strongly suggest avoiding this company. Their shipping policies are terrible. They shipped me a hood poorly protected or packaged to make a 3000 mile journey from CA to FL. It was received and the box looked ok so shipment was accepted, but hood was damaged inside. They told me my only recourse was to deal with shipping company and since the damage wasn't reported upon delivery I'm out my 600 bucks.
