If anyone that has bought a vehicle from Vision and has still not seen their license plates, registration, or title, you are not the only one! Many of us that have bought a vehicle in the past few months are hearing the same song and story. Please contact the district attorney, DMV investigator (Mike Haw), and attorney general. I wouldnt buy from this company due to the fact they dont pay off your trade in. Now its been 2 months and the trade-in's still getting taken out of check. Terrible, terrible service

My son bought a truck at a car dealer in Vancouver (paid in full not financed), it's been over two months, still hasn't received the title or the plates. Every time we call they say they are working on it and will call back (never do they!). After researching today it seems there is an issue that they take money for plates and title transfer and never give them. We have been calling and calling and calling and they do nothing! I paid cash for a van. I was told that I could get my title on the following Monday, when the owner was in to open the safe. (bought the car on a Saturday afternoon). I drove to the dealership to find they were closed. I had also been promised that the window would be fixed promptly. It has now been well over a month, and I can not get anyone to answer/return my phone calls. I have even drove to them and still got the run around. I'm not going back to this dealership ever again. I bought a vehicle in good faith. they promise they would help me pass deq, I went ahead purchase the vehicle.
