Now with this review I want John to keep in mind that when I called him on the 29th of April he was on speaker phone and numerous people heard what he said to me. Very disappointing experience dealing with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle after being assured a pre-purchase inspection had been completed, only to later discover that the promised inspection report could not be provided. I then had to pay for my own independent inspection, which identified multiple mechanical and safety-related issues shortly after purchase, including signs of prior repair work that had not been disclosed despite direct enquiries about the vehicle’s condition. Recently purchased a used Tesla from Tim at vision. Had plenty of questions and back and forth and found Tim to be a prompt and forthcoming communicator which was appreciated as I was coming from the south island. The process around paperwork and payment was hassle free. The only downer I could put on this experience was the hour disappearance of one of the yard staff with the new car. Overall would gladly deal with Tim again, top bloke.
