Came to look at a car and the guy asked to finish his cereal at 2:30pm but when an older couple came in 2 minutes after me he jumped up to look after them. After waiting 20 minutes for him to attend to me, he just say at his desk. Not good service.
The lady I spoke with on the phone was not a salesman. Trying to rush me because she's the only one on site I asked to call later if she's busy but she did not want anything to do with me buying a vehicle. What a shame.
I’ve recently had excellent service and impartial advice from Tim and John at Vision Autos. I would rate them as a good source of Japanese imported vehicles of a high-quality and excellent value. They are currently trying to source a particular vehicle to satisfy my requirements and I have no doubt that they will deliver on that. Top people to deal with !
I would be very careful when considering buying from vision autos. I purchased a 2014 audi Q7. Sold to me saying it had a pre sale service done. Only to return the vehicle 3 weeks later with major oil leaks. They said they fixed it. Only to run into the same issue a few months later. Now the vehicle has completely broken down and im left to repair this by myself. I told John i would file to the disputes tribunal and he smugly said i would lose. After making the payment, they stopped giving any updates and I had to call every day to follow up myself. The second car key was never received even though they had promised to cover half the cost if it didn’t arrive from Japan - this was also written on the document I signed before making the payment, especially after I checked reviews about similar issues.
