I knew about this office from my sister who brings her 4 children. Life is wild and I moved back with many children in home. I was able to bring my younger children for their 1st eye doctors!!! What an experience, thanks to the diligent secretary staff. I can't thank you enough. My children didn't meet all the staff ( I could see with me good eye they were all working with patients) I am so blessed my children LOVE the eye Doctors. Thinking I may see about seeing again. Thank you vision Associates.
Zero star…called for my aunts appt and was told her appt was canceled. Very bad customer service from service desk to optical. Both have no compassion towards customer just wanted to win in a conversation. A patient has a reason to be upset when their appt is being canceled without being notified. Especially when they were told that a voicemail was left but it wasn’t. It would be helpful if they tried to reach the patient for a second time or send a text message or email.
