Updated review: My initial experience at Vision Associates was bit frustrating. I was told my exam would be fully covered, but received a $50+ bill later. However, after contacting them, they did reach out to explain the billing details. While still feel there was a miscommunication upfront, appreciate them taking the time to clarify. Be sure to confirm all costs beforehand to avoid surprises.
I called today about having my glasses fixed. Even though I didn’t buy them there, Michelle said to bring them in. The girl who normally does repairs was out but she said she could try to fix them. I was pleasantly surprised when Michelle called within a few hours to tell me they were done. When I went to pick them up there was no charge on top of it! Michelle was awesome and the customer service was top notch. When I’m due for an eye exam next spring I will be calling them.
Been going here all my life. Wouldn't change eye doctors ever. They know what they are doing and they do there jobs above and beyond expectation. Great variety of Eyewear.
