This location is fully remote with the exception of the simple tests. Both the prescription fitting and the doctor are remote, done via video calls. The technicians and the receptionist on site were kind and nice. The location was clean. I have no complaints. The doctor i saw via video call on the other hand, was very dismissive. You can very clearly tell she was in a rush to get this done. Took less than a minute for her to go over the results, she read them off like reading a textbook and then she was gone. I like my Eye Dr. Their people care about their patients and what their needs and likes are. Plus, the comfort of their new glasses. They also help you pick out glasses that suit you and fit you the best. Thank you Frances Bullock.
Outrageous.. my wife needed one single lens . replaced, one! $467.90 and that was with insurance. It would have been $712.10. anyone needing glasses, go somewhere else.
