I tried a virtual appointment for the first time. Everyone was very attentive to what I wanted and how to go about it. It was my first time getting multifocal contacts. I was lucky enough to score an appointment the same day, the trial size was in stock for me to try on, I was able to price match to get the best value, and I received a free pair of sunglasses. Really awesome experience from a really awesome place.

Scheduled my appointment a month and a half in advance… arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early with insurance and ID in hand… I sat and waited for 45 minutes before I finally got up and left. No one mentioned they were running behind at check in.. no one acknowledged that I had been waiting or let me know if I might be seen soon or not. As someone who has worked in patient care, leaving a patient in the waiting room with no contact outside of the check in is unacceptable.
