I wish I could give zero Stars I had an appointment for a medical issue It was scheduled for both snow days so they were canceled and rescheduled and then when I came in for the appointment that I had already been to this location for for a vision appointment told me that my insurance that they took months prior was not going to cover the appointment day of when I showed up for my appointment and then when I said this is unacceptable and the manager walked out she laughed and said that we don't assume that you're going to us... read more
The folks at My Eye Doctor went over and above to get me the best price for my contacts. Not to mention the whole staff were friendly, yet professional.

Always spot on with service and customer care.
Doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not. You get a 50 min wait they will try to reschedule just to call you to reschedule again while your driving to your appointment. All they can do is say is sorry
