Not happy place is a scam just for a pair of lenses mind you lenses I had insurance on top of that and I brought my own frames which I paid for, so out of pocket I paid close to 400.00 I can only imagine what they charge my insurance company but never again will I return to that place and I definitely will be calling my insurance company to have this matter looked at.
Brought my daughter to have her eye exam and we were seen quickly. The doctor was nice and explained everything in detail. Staff were kind and friendly. They also accept IEHP
Not happy scheduled my kids their appt with ALL information including their DOB, they had 2 different number in their system, I gave them 1 number, supposedly they tried to call but nothing not even a voicemail or text but I'm getting the texted messages confirming the appt this morning and even asked for their address via text and when we arrived only to find out they canceled their appts due to their ages, my problem is they very much were aware of their ages from the beginning when I scheduled the appts about a month ago,... read more
