They were busy, Very quick and detailed visit. Friendly and thorough staff. Explained the process and their findings.
My mother had cataract surgery yesterday. I appreciate how well the staff and Dr. Judge treated her. They have a sign in the back that says" No Cell Phone Use". They also need one in the waiting area that says Please be Considérate of other Patrons. There was a lady playing her music so loud. Someone with her asked her to turn it down. She said I don't care. So, I thank God for prayer. Finally they bought out who she waiting on.
It seems like all doctors office do the same. I had a eight am appointment today it is now 9 am and still haven’t seen the doctor. They don’t act like our time is important. Don’t over schedule patients and make them wait. That’s not right…
Just called to schedule an appointment to see an OPHTHALMOLOGIST and they said I'd have to see one of their optometrist first for referral. Called another ophthalmologist and they got me right in.
