The Processor for our recent sale was very unprofessional and unreasonable. Instead of checking the file, she made assumptions that caused several people to get involved for something unnecessary and unwarranted. It created a day of frustration and unnecessary stress. She screamed at all of us copied on an email using all caps for her response and insisting we provide documentation that was not warranted. The overall experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We would not recommend or hire this Title Company.
