I was back home on vacation when my frames broke. I was helped by Skye, who tried a few frames, with no luck. She was able to temporarily fix my frame with a larger head screw. She was friendly, professional, and at least get me a temp fix since my lens was just a bit short for their frames on site. Great experience!
