I've had good experiences here in the past. But this time the lady waiting on me misrepresented the frames she sold me. The entire conversation centered around having 2 identical frames so the lens could be swapped out if the frame had problems. I told her I wanted the exact same Shaquille O'Neal frames that I got before with 1 thing different. The ear pieces on my previous glasses was to short. Cathleen was very helpful with selecting the right frames for me. She was friendly and patient. She even pulled 3 more pair that I didn’t notice. I never felt rushed. She was sweet to my busy child and even let her try on frames and answered her questions like she was a valued customer as well. My new glasses were ready in 23 minutes! It took longer for my pizza order than it did to get my new glasses! My prescription is perfect and my frames fit well and feel better, being a lighter pair than my previous ones!
Vonyana was fantastic. Came in with a broken eyeglass frame. Left with a new one.
