Everything was great till I went to pay for service and my glasses. They kept saying their system wasn’t working properly and they tried to charge my card 3 times. Then took 2 weeks to resolve double payment issue. Otherwise they are nice and helpful.
My first optometrist visit in years. Everyone here was friendly, easy to work with, and clearly communicated at each step of the way. Transparent pricing and good care from start to finish. Navigating the website and scheduling also went super smoothly.
The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The whole process (exam, education and science about my vision, fitting of glasses, and pick up of new glasses) was and easy process and I am very satisfied. Will continue to get my yearly exams here.
