DANGER, *************************, DANGER!!! I have financed the purchase of several businesses and investment properties over the years, but have seldom experienced the level of dissatisfaction as the one I had with Visio Lending, specifically *****************. *****************, a Senior Account Executive at Visio Lending, will appear cordial, even accommodating at times initially. I took out a loan in with this company in 2018 and I was told by the lender that at the end of the contract if I could not pay back the amount in full then they would approve me for a refinance loan. I didn’t even get a chance to fill out the refinance they advised that they didn’t want to go through with the loan and wanted the money up front and added so many rates .I had to file chapter 13 bankruptcy to save my house. I have no doubt that this company will be featured in FORBES one day! I was apprehensive after reading another review, but I decided to work with Visio anyways and I am so grateful that I did! This is the A-Team of private financing. When it comes to hard money lending, building a relationship aka relational capital can feel so apprehensive, like youre just another account number. Please listen to me when I say not to use Visio Lending. The people I spoke with on the phone were very nice and seemed to be caring people very willing to do whatever it took to get you whatever was needed. They had provided me a pre-approval at a 5.8% rate (which was fair), but then the day after they pulled my credit which was/is under the category "great". PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I paid money to process my loan quicker and for two appraisals. I just received an email stating a week before settlement of both loans that my loans have been closed due to them believing one of my documents had been altered. I have had two LLCs for almost 3 years now. I am registered with the state and the IRS and have done multiple flips. Please do not work with this company.
