Was a customer for over 25 years, but won’t go back again. You never know what you’ll be charged until it’s time to pay and it will always be so much more than you expect. Colorists no longer cut hair and vice versa, so you have to make two separate appointments. Coordinating that mess is nearly impossible. You’ll be left sitting with soaking wet hair for as long as it takes for the “cutter” to be ready for you (don’t be surprised if it’s an hour or more).
