Waited for over an hour and a half only to have him come into exam room acting like he was right on time. He said he was covering a colleague's patients because she twisted her ankle. Maybe he should be more considerate to his patients and treat them on time and make other colleagues patients wait to be seen.
It took 4 months to get an appointment. After 3 procedures were completed, I was to make a follow-up appointment. I left messages for 2 weeks on patient portal with no response. Today I called and made an appointment but the first available appointment is in 3 months.
I saw Dr. Vanar for f/u care. First off his medical tech and entire staff are pleasant and caring. Dr. Vanar is always polite, pleasant and caring. He shows concern over my overall health and really listens to what I have to say. He takes the time to explain all aspects of my health. I highly recommend him.
Wonderful doctor, caring, took time to explain everything to us. I appreciate how he came out after the procedure to answer questions.
