I recently fractured my left foot, which is the metatarsal fracture, and I was referred to this doctor after leaving the micro hospital in Weslaco. while I do appreciate his office staff being very friendly and kind to me, I don’t feel that Dr. Patil is very thorough specifically when I go see him. this last time I waited 2 1/2 hours to see him and I only spoke to him for maybe about five minutes mind you he seemed like he was in a hurry and I get it. The staff is incompetent I tore my acl I had my mri and all records showing I couldn’t walk and need to see a doctor they scheduled me for a appointment almost 2 months later knowing I couldn’t walk at all finally the appointment comes around and they rescheduled me for 2 weeks later because they never did their job and verified my insurance and checked to see if it was authorized for me to see the doctor the whole time I was there in the lobby his staff was just talking about their plans for the weekend and if their going t... read more
dr. Patil did not explain before femer socket pin surgery other than he was going to use an laser guided drill. His nurse assistant did not strap my left foot up straight in alignment with my right foot. He didn't even mention what side effects that I might experience before/after surgery. Feels like I'm sitting or laying in bed on a bare pelvic and hip bones. My left foot now turns to the left practically flat while laying on my back in bed with my right foot stays upright.
