First time calling and getting information to see if I can set up an appointment. The gentleman I’ve the phone was very rude and not friendly nor helpful. I called this morning 6/16/2025 @ 9:10am. He asked me where I was seen first I said the ER and they sent me to this office. He said nope! I at to call an office in Brownsville Tx instead. NO HELP what’s so ever.
The worst medical practice ever. From medical records to the nurses to the doctor. Do NOT come to this place!
This Dr lies about services to charge your insurance more. He saw my son for 5 minutes. Charging us for a 45 minute dr visit. Did you know the valley is the #1 places for false insurance charges? Close to 1000 dollars for a 5 minute visit. Gross misuse of our medical system.
Dr Patil and his care are suppurb. I do typically spent two hours waiting for my appointment though. My biggest issue is their billing process. I was not allowed to pay my co-pay at the time of service. I later paid it on line, but it was never applied to my account. I have spent endless hours sending messages, speaking to people in San Antonio and the local office trying to get this resolved. Their lack of attention to this matter has now lost them a patient any any referrals.
Was not informed that they were leaving a screw inside my ankle by the doctor. He didn't go talk to my family when surgery was done. Just on to the next victim. The second surgery was just a way to get paid again for him and the hospital it should have been discussed before the first surgery. They could have used external screw to set the bone,and removed it with a local. But then they would have only been paid once.
