One of the most frustrating medical experiences I’ve had. This ENT barely said a word unless I asked direct questions — and even then, the responses were vague. There was not much explanation of my condition and zero effort to advocate for me. I brought my child in hoping for answers and support, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. No one explained the costs up front, and the office barely communicated with our insurance — I ended up having to make most of the calls myself. The doctor was cold and barely spoke unless I pushed for information. The office itself was clean and well-organized, but the experience beyond that was incredibly frustrating.
