Dr. Jivan îs one of the best doctors in the area. He is always thorough whether it is educating me regarding my treatment or answering all my questions. His steady oversight gives me great confidence and peace of mind. Dr. Jivan actually cares about my well being as a person. It is rare to find a doctor that is as diligent and accessible as Dr. Jivan. I feel very fortunate to have him for my doctor!
HAVING A "FRONT DESK " STAFF AS RUDE AND OBLIVIOUS TO PEOPLE'S SITUATIONS AND 0 EMPATHY !! IVE NEVER WITNESS SUCH DISRESPECT TO A PATIENT! AS I DID IN THE OFFICE TODAY! REFUSING TO SEE A PULMONARY PATIENT AFTER MAKING THEM PARK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING. EVEN AFTER INFORMING YOU, THEY WERE GONNA BE FIVE MINUTES LATE. THEY STATED YOU HAVE TEN MINUTES!
