I’ve reached out to both of their social media platforms privately (without response) prior to posting this review. I am underwhelmed with Visha’s customer service to say the least. I made an order last week and within minutes attempted to contact customer service via email for a correction. Not only did I never hear anything back, but I also left at least two voicemails and called several more times over the week to try and get through. Good place to eat
DO NOT BUY!!! Purchased product line used first night woke up with contact dermatitis! Used one night, face was clear before use, woke up to a horrible rash all over face. Took several weeks to clear up, had to see a dermatologist. Worst of all the company would NOT return my item as it states in the return policy. Mailed it back to company per Return Policy come to find out they will not refund me and have lost my package!!! Very disappointed don’t waste your time or your face!!!!
