I have been dealing with this transportation system for a while. They don’t do nothing to help they will just say well they are already gone can’t turn back. I have called countless times about them leaving my kids. Literally shutting the door and driving right past them. They don’t do nothing about that. I used to have to drive my car and block them just so kids could get on. Now I work overnight and my kids are constantly late or don’t go because I have no way to get them there. This is the most garbage transportation office I have ever seen. They will tell you the bus comes at 4:00 and the bus will come at 5:30. Then you call them and they say we'll we don't know who would tell you 4:00.

Horrific attitudes and scheduling. The people in charge of routes don't know what they're doing - VISD needs to hire someone capable NOW!
