Horrific attitudes and scheduling. The people in charge of routes don't know what they're doing - VISD needs to hire someone capable NOW!
This is the most garbage transportation department I have ever seen. Bus will be late af randomly. They have like 5 bus drivers for whole county. It isn’t bus drivers fault. It’s the county.
59 is the worst bus ever. Even if I’m out at my stop she will pass my stop and ignore me or if I’m a little late while trying to flag her down she’ll just leave and not even wait for me as I run to my stop, she is also very disrespectful and talks about other bus drivers and aids, she seriously needs to be humbled. Not to mention that the bus companies office workers are also disrespectful and will hang up the phone on you if you try to tell them the bus needs to turn around or that the bus leaves knowing I’m at my stop. Buses should not have to wait extra time to leave for a student from a different district. Waiting extra time keeps student from their regular schedules. Bus 43, wait 10 extra minutes for a student from west high school to arrive at east high school. If the student lives in the district and needs to take the bus, they should be transferred to the school in their district. And if not, they should not be allowed to ride the bus home. Bus 57 is always late doesn’t matter the weather. If it’s 130 they will take for ever if it’s -120 they will make you freeze every day they are late to the schools and all of them have bad attitudes they yell at you constantly and they are like 10000 years old lol but still you need to fix your busses
